Happy New Year Everyone! We hope you all enjoyed a peaceful, safe and happy Holiday Season. Onto the site progress: we have begun concrete foundations! As planned, the South East Corner concrete has commenced. We will continue working on concrete foundations in the South end through January and you will soon see the bottom of our first stair shaft being poured.
Ground Improvements have moved to the North end of the site and we anticipate being close to finished by the end of January (weather permitting!!). We are also continuing to haul-off any excess material- exiting using our Gate B Central Access. Our site trailer is in place and has power, this month the entire Mill Creek Construction team will finally be able to start working from the site. Other items you may see in place this month include security cameras and site lighting on the temporary utility poles located around the perimeter of the site. Our Next big operation will be Steel erection in a couple months and we are looking forward to getting vertical progress. We are also looking forward to a safe and productive 2024!
