City of Revere,
Another month down and we are glad to report a big milestone and some great progress despite some tough weather events.
We have completed our Ground Improvements and all equipment has been demobilized allowing us a lot more room to work on site. Concrete Foundations continue to progress as we are wrapping up the first Stair shaft today and have started the next two. The concrete has been placed for a large portion of our first building working from the South end to the North end in anticipation of erecting Steel next month in the same directional sequence.
We have not had any trucking or delivery hiccups, our traffic-flow logistics plan has been thoroughly communicated through our trade partners and to their suppliers. We continue to make improvements to the Traffic and Pedestrian Management plan, including today when we addressed the line-striping that has worn off through the past couple storms. We have added signage, site lighting and reflective barriers along the lane-shifts all to improve visibility and communication with the public.
Attached you will find a drone shot of the site taken earlier this week showing our progress to date and another aerial shot of the renewed line-striping today. We are looking forward to another safe and successful month and I will check back again in March.
