April 2024 Update

City of Revere, Onto April!  Our concrete foundation operations continue to move forward on the North side in anticipation of wrapping up next month and opening up Tower B for Steel erection.  Our first Steel mobilization has gone smoothly and is due to wrap up on Tower A next week.    This will get us rolling on Slabs, Metal pan stairs and CMU Stair shafts all this month on the South end of the site.  We also got our water utility connections behind us leaving only our Storm Water Connection left for work out on Revere Beach Blvd (we anticipate tackling this before the beach gets busy).  Our Traffic Management Plan seems to be working well and the re-striping/grinding of the old strips seems to have weathered the conditions along the beach as good as we could expect (as illustrated in the attached picture).  Since our email correspondence regarding neighbor relations, we have not heard of any complaints and have continued to have conversations with our neighbors as needed to keep them up to speed on construction activities.
